Realicé un reserva en un apartamento en italia. Por desgracia, y tan solo dos días antes por fallecimiento de un familiar cercano tuvimos que cancelar el viaje y anular la estancia. Fue muy facil contactar con ellos por telefono y por chat y contarles mi situación: me anularon la reserva inmediatamente y tras un par de dias de gestiones me confirman la devolución íntegra del importe debido a la situación particular. Solo puedo agradecerles lo facil que lo han solucionado todo. Según mi experiencia contaré con ellos en mis próximos viajes sin dudarlo.

After staying at the Peaceful Forest Dome in Easley, SC; I enjoyed all the amenities. I especially loved the hot tub. Everything was new and clean. I roasted marshmallow’s for s’mores and looked up at the beautiful night sky. The toilet was clean & odor free. I loved the rope swing which took me back to my childhood memories. I could hear the creek flowing softly as I walked over the bridge. I would definitely stay here again.

I have had only good experiences with Air Bnb. Have not had below par accom in many years of booking with them. They have been prompt and helpful with refunds when I have had to cancel a stay. Their app is fantastic as it summarises your itinerary and accom details plus the message service is really helpful.
