Worst customer service. Some products are good. Bought only because it was endorsed by Bill Nye. There was an error in my order and I immediately tried to contact them via email message and phone call. They never answer the phone, you leave a voicemail and they don’t exactly call you back. The email message got answered weeks later and by that time my glitched order which was over billed and incorrect was not possible to fix and they certainly didn’t offer any refunds or anything in the way of a decent apology. Seriously disappointing. As far as product quality goes. The normal mask seems good. The gaiter neck face mask should not be sold. It cannot work as there is a filter area that is in front of your mouth/nose but all air just goes through the lesser resistance area around the sides of the gaiter. So quite literally useless. Do not buy the gaiter. Overall not a good experience.
