ADT Home Security – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Spencer Cullen was so polite and well presented. He took the time to explain the work he was doing and why it was required. He was neat and speedy completing the job.

I am currently very dissatisfied and frustrated with the service I have been receiving from ADT since installation of my security cameras. However Renato was extremely helpful and understanding today. Not only was he able to resolve some of my issues he was patient and reassuring. Renato was very knowledgeable and was able to advise me that my cameras had not been set up correctly nor had the alert system been activated…hence the issues I have been experiencing for the past two months. He also advised I had been given wrong advice and was able to explain and advise me correctly. Renato resolved these issues and I can only hope that the accounts team at ADT are as efficient and quick at resolving the remaining issues. Many thanks for your assistance today Renato it was greatly appreciated.

The ADT Engineer Lawal Johnson came to us for the annual service and we found him extremely competent, courteous and professional. He serviced all the devices and while he was leaving, he demonstrated all the settings to me and my wife for the changes to our plans requested by us to ADT. Overall an excellent experience though of late the ADT customer care is of very poor quality and having stayed with ADT for last 15 years, we were thinking of leaving ADT!

Wayne Dickens was highly professional and expert, installing our system and taking time to explain just as much as we needed to know. Everything about positioning and configuration was checked before he completed installation. Would highly recommend him.

Was originally with Telecom Security which ADT took over from, so have been a customer for over 30 years! Had an upgrade installed today from my original system which had never let me down. Upgraded as I needed to as a new BT digital phone line will be installed and wouldn’t have been compatible with the old ADT system. ADT installation engineer Josh Dinsdale was excellent! Did a great job and explained as he went along. A big change from my old system but felt confident with Josh’s instructions and advice to contact him if I was unsure of anything. My confidence with ADT was not waned after all these years. Very happy customer! Thanks again Josh! Xxx
