The delivery wait time is ridiculous. 1 month. This has happened everytime I place an order and they blame the third party shipping company ‘Toll’ everytime. Ahhh … use NZ Post or anyone else that delivers across the country in a better timeframe

The absolute worst for online shopping. I have purchased twice and both times they have taken sooo long. My current order still hasn’t arrived and it has now been over 3 months. I have sent multiple messages and nothing. Have tried to call and can’t get through.

Love the 'in-store' experience and the products. Ordering online... forget about it! Terrible online customer support, especially if your order hasn't arrived! I made an online purchase, and once I had paid in full and completed my order, was afterwards informed that there could be delay of up to 19 days. My order has now been over 7 weeks. When calling customer service you get an automated voice recording you are told to fill out a form out online, to which no-one replies to. Tracking number goes no-where. What are your loyal customers supposed to do?

This is my customer contact here. Im really annoyed. LIke others say gorgeous products but customer service sucks. Hello you have sent me an email thanking me for my patience but sadly it is running out. I failed to notice (or it wasn't there) That your shipping time was three weeks. You have now extended it further. The order of a single duvet was a Christmas gift for my autistic daughter. I ordered it on November 25th with the reasonable expectation that it would arrive by Christmas. You mention covid and freight delays but these effect all companies and all my other goods ordered that day arrived within three days. I did not realise that my order from a business in NEW ZEALAND was being sent from a warehouse in Australia. Other Australian businesses in New Zealand have the decency to open NZ warehouses and provide employment locally and a satisfactory customer experience. You are in breach of the Consumer Guarantees Act as the time is not reasonable. I therefore request an immediate refund as your products are not cheap and I need to get my daughter an alternative Christmas present and frankly you have put a strain on my budget as I need to spend her gift money twice. I am very disappointed with your poor service and I won't be shopping with you online or instore again.

I am literally hundreds/thousands out of pocket and you don't care! I have called at least 4 times and was told they can't call me back with an update as it is a public holiday and they don't have access to a phone. They would'nt pass me onto a manager, said they can't help with my missing order that was placed 5 September and I am still trying to get an answer 2 months later!! This order cost me $2,115.98 I have chased the courier, they sent it to the wrong address and can't recover it, they told me that they have notified Adairs to arrange another one to be despatched... I am still waiting and out of pocket!!
