ActivTrak – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have been using Activtrak for 3 years now. It is much better than competitors. I dissect productivity, can check every 15-minut interval of every hour with main focus for this time. This is super useful. Also, a big fan of grouping. I added 3pcs into one group(1 person works on them) and see all the insights in one place. Nowhere i could find this feature.

We use it in our nonprofit to track work of our employees. Helped us already twice to fire suspicious people from work with kids. Really helpful!

ActivTrak is extremely easy to install and simple to use. Most of my initial issues were easily resolved by adjusting the settings. For the first few weeks we had our employees manually log their hours and activity so that we could compare it to the data in ActivTrak. We wanted to see if there were any discrepancies that we needed to address as we transitioned our employees to work remotely. Once properly configured we have found that it is an extremely useful and very accurate product. Due to the Covid-19 we had to reduce the number of accounts that we had originally signed up for. The ActivTrak team took the time to personally reach out to me in order to resolve the issue. They went above and beyond and honestly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend using this product as an activity and employee monitoring tool.

Great tool. Make sure to delete old logs or upgrade before you are forced to do it since it is not stupidly easy to figure out how to delete on sections of the logs.
