Made the payment, got an error. I think the website was designed ten years ago. No customer service to rectify issue. Edit: They got back in touch with me after I call them and they were very helpful. Increased to 4 stars. I have now completed the will and you get what you pay for.

Did mirror wills, it was all done online, really easy, although slight hiccup with website not realising I had paid, but customer services sorted that out without a problem. Relieved to have finally got our wills updated, I'd been meaning to do it for years and would recommend this company, they make it easy and cheap!

Very easy process to complete your will. All the hard stuff is done for you. Just answer a few basic questions and the job is done. I had my executor pull out and a quick email had a dedicated adviser (thank you Sophie) allowing access to make changes, also allowed a second access to change my beneficiaries. All without additional charges. Completed Will was then emailed back to me to print. Very happy to recommend this service

We had the pleasure of working with Mary when arranging our wills with Activewills.com. After initially abandoning the online version after finding the subject too difficult to deal with we were contacted by Mary who talked us through all the steps professionally. Mary gave us lots of information and time to think about our decisions and helped us with humour and kindness every step of the way. Can't believe after 20 years of saying 'we really should write our wills' that we have actually done it and with Marys help it was so easy.
