I purchased a step through e-bike from Brendan at Morley 99 Bikes and it was a great experience. The team put my bike together the same morning and it was ready to go for me, with a full introduction to the bike and its features. Brendan was really nice and spent a lot of time with me helping to pick the right bike and showing me the features of each of them. I purchased a helmet and the sales person was very very helpful. Great knowledge and service. My husband purchased a e-bike but unfortunately with his very bad back it was not suitable, what a very helpful and pleasant experience we had with 99 bikes. Could not recommend them enough.
