Once items ordered, they advise by e-mail. Then e-mail advised again that items have been despatched. Usually they reach the destination within 3 days which I think is ecxceptional, Well done 999inks.

I have used 999 inks for years and will use for more years quick delivery cartridges last well and have no problem with them thanks
Received black ink cartridge and was working okay. However after a few print outs message came up that there was no ink in the cartridge. Went on to You Tube and was told to take cartridge out and gently clean the back. No luck still sent message that cartridge was empty. Very disappointed and will have to buy another cartridge and pay out again which is not ideal.
