Called into the Newark store today for advice as I’d become fed up purchasing disposables. I got wonderful advice from the young lady in the shop, she couldn’t have been more helpful. You’ve definitely got yourself a repeat customer and as I also work retail I’ll be sending others your way.

Called in for a flavour I had from a disposable, guided me through and the assistant sorted me out and gave lots of advice . I did not take my receipt so cannot comment further. Impressed with the Sleaford store.

Ordered some juice online as not able to get into the shop much, but was sent out the wrong mg of juice. I sent an email to complain and I honestly couldn’t fault the help I got from Abi R! very professional, helped me straight away to resolve the issue and extremely polite! It really does go a long way even when it is only a little thing, she made it a whole lot less stressful and got it resolved quickly! :) she is an asset to the team!

Amazing service, even when wrong item is sent out (only ever happened once) they immediately sent out what I’d actually ordered. Lots of varying stock, quick delivery and great prices!
