Contacting them by phone for sales seems very adequate; however, support and other issues seem to involve very long hold or callback times, sometimes up to two to three hours. The personnel are very knowledgeable and courteous. Any issues I have had have been resolved to my complete satisfaction. Their products are of very high quality and seem fairly priced. I would highly recommend 4Patriots, their products as well as their services.
