24bottles products are great! I've been using them for years and keep buying different types of products for my family as needed! The customer service is also great and very understanding.

nonostante risultasse consegnata, la bottiglia era arrivata, ho dovuto chiedere notizie al produttore e al corriere e solo dopo un giorno mi è arrivato un messaggio che la scatola si trovava presso un centro di consegna pronta per il ritiro, segnalo inoltre che il pacco era danneggiato. la bottiglia è ben fatta, non è termica, il tappo chiude bene anche si mette dell'acqua frizzante.

Nonostante l’ordine sia stato evaso e spedito immediatamente il corriere ha impiegato più di 10 giorni per consegnarlo. Ovviamente non è colpa del produttore ma questi può considerare l’operato del corriere

Ma première commande opérée par FedEx (difficile d'être plus incompétents) n'a jamais été livrée. Le service client 24bottles a été très efficace et m'a renvoyé une commande via DHL (super pro). Merci encore Ilaria !! Les gourdes sont super quali et vraiment très stylées.
