Your website was very confusing as to which battery I needed to order. If a car has 2 batteries, please make it clear for the average person to determine which battery is which. Otherwise, this was a great experience. The tech that came out to switch my battery was awesome.

The technician, Steven, was very competent and friendly. The battery was installed in just minutes. The only hitch that I could cite for improvement would be the tracking of the time of arrival. The link indicated that Steven would not arrive for 5 hours when, in fact, he was 25 minutes away. Steven did notify me when he was nearing my home so it turned out not to be a problem at all.
