12GO – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Finora ho utilizzato questo sito per acquistare biglietti per trasporti in Vietnam (treni e bus) e mi sono trovata benissimo. Lo ritengo quindi affidabile.

Used 12go for six bookings on my recent trip to Thailand and Cambodia, every one was perfect. The key one which made the difference was being able to book a driver from BKK airport to the Cambodian border, who was there as soon as we landed, making all the difference to getting into Cambodia at a decent hour, without any hassle of trying to find a taxi who'd take us such a long distance.

This online booking is the best! I accidentally booked wrong destination for my trip but the customer service did great! I just submit a ticket and boom! After couple of hours, they emailed back and say that my booking has been modified!! Salute to Carl! The agent who helped me. You deserve a raise for your emphathy! ❤️

I have just booked a flight in Asia 2 days ago. On the following morning, I received an email to inform me, that they had had some issue with the payment and that my booking might not have worked through. I sent a message back and received an answer (telling me that all worked out after all) within a couple of hours. My experience so far with most of e-ticketing plate form is that they would NOT have any email address to reach them, that they certainly wouldn't have answered so fast and that, in the first place, would not have informed me that there was a problem. I was therefore very positively surprise about 12go efficiency.

Super easy travel for depature with my ticket (ferry+van) with Phangan 2000.
