I'm an out of town parent and I desperately wanted to surprise my son on his 18th birthday today.. However, I was called this afternoon that there vendor in Buckley West Virginia "Ran out of Helium" (uhhh, How is that possible if u run a business!) Anyways they thanked me for using there service & told me not to worry, That I will be refunded in 5 to 7 business days!! Gee-Whiz Thank you 1800Balloons!! Ya do GOOD business!!

I ordered a "Large" Teddy Bear and balloon bouquet to be delivered to my 10 year old grand niece yesterday. My nephew (her father) was killed in an accident over the weekend and I was trying to give her some comfort. I understand they may switch out for a different stuffed animal, but instead of a large bear, she received a puppy the size of my hand (so not large). I cannot get through on any of their lines, and no one is calling me back.

Was pleasantly surprised when the balloons actually came after reading these reviews but they did show up and are very nice. My grandson is sick and they made him happy.

Wish I could show you what I ordered and what I got Balloons were not blown up, many deflating the excuse I got was the weather, One balloon was a sesame street, and it was for an adult They think because I am getting a refund it makes it right So peeved

I had a great experience with 1800-balloons. Ordered my boyfriend the junk food basket with 5 latex balloons and 2 mylar balloons. I placed the order on 5/14/18 for a 5/18/18 delivery. The basket was delivered 5/18/18 at 12:30PM. The basket looked just like it did online. It was full of a lot of delicious snacks! The balloons looked great. I was happy the delivery driver didn't have trouble finding his job because it is a little hard to find. I am very satisfied overall.
