Super helpful site with huge inventory and great filtering capabilities to help you find the best deals on exactly the kind of car you want or to find which dealers have the precise options you want if you're picky like me. My one frustration is with their email alerts. My saved search is super specific about the exterior and interior colors I am interested in and they seem to send me every new listing they get that is the make and model I expressed interest in. They should be able to filter out the ones I've already told them I'm not interested in. That said, great site overall that helped me find my car!

Excellent choice of vehicles with a very good filter system in place. The big problem is that the companies that they allow to use their facility are not vetted. I wasted a day visiting one such company who have hundreds of vehicles listed with Car Gurus. It was immediately obvious that this company is underhand and unprofessional. This is supported by their TrustPilot reviews - see Motors4you. A simple glance at these reviews would surely cause CarGurus to disassociate with such a bad organisation. If only they showed diligence rather than continue to accept business from such companies which clearly causes so much grief for its customers. For my part I will continue to use CarGurus but exercise diligence myself. It would be good if Trustpilot ratings along with rating of car values which they already offer could be given.
