Purchased a Batchel for my wife 12 years ago. Recently had it damaged due to some mould/mildew in our storage closet. Contacted them out of the blue if there's anything that could be done and received a list of helpful tips within hours. They had no obligation to help, but took at least 15 to 30 minutes of their time to provide some after-care to an old customer that they might not make a penny on anytime soon. Top notch. I went there with my wife in late February (Convent Garden), and the service was excellent. We were running late to catch a flight but the attendant could still expedite things and engrave the message we wanted in next to no time. The backpack is of excellent quality. We became customers and will return.
