Sold (or lost) my data

I use a unique email address for each website, using Yahoo's email alias feature. Today I received an email from Thomson Reuters to my *******email-cin2[at]yahoo.com address, which is a unique address I only provided to C-IN². I can only conclude they either sold my data to a third-party, or had a data breach and didn't notify me - I'm not sure which is worse.

Placed an order with this company on the 13th of February. The parcel was delivered at the U.S.A hub on the 18th of February. Will comment on the quality and if the correct order has been received when it arrives in Panama.
