Had an issue with my flooring being damaged and BuildDirect and Mark in the Customer Service team helped me resolve this quickly and efficiently

I received a shipment of flooring today from Builddirect. When it arrived there was a box that was damaged and the flooring was damaged. I called Builddirect customer service and Mark Stansfeild was very helpful. He said that he would send me a replacement box. Within an hour I got an email saying that they are sending the replacement. Mark Stansfeild was great. Fast and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.
