Honestly once you master the art of doing the nails these are the best out there (i recommend Xcoat tips … for hands and feet. I bought the whole kit and took me a few tries not to get air bubbles and now im like a pro. I swim 4 times a week minimum and both hands and feet last for a month. I change them because I want a new style not because they are hanging on. I haven't been to the nails shops for over a year. Customer service is good too they get back to you and are helpful. … i honestly love this solution!
