Very straightforward process, I received my Amazon gift card which has now been applied to my account. Thanks for a prompt and efficient service.

Voucher simple to activate when sent by email. Little worried it had got lost as took quite a while to come through (although was told this at the beginning)

Bought Shell fttp Broadband through Broadband and received a £100 Amazon voucher. It takes 3/4 months to get your voucher but they send you a link when it's time to receive it.

I forgot to claim my reward within the set time but after explaining how silly I had been to the nice people at Trustpilot they reviewed the situation and honoured their commitment. Amazing customer service thank you Trustpilot and thank you Broad band Genie.

After an initial few issues with the tracking and communication with this company, I am pleased to say they reached out to me and hopefully all now is being processed and on track.
