Brathwait – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Hey guys, my name is Josh and this is my Brathwait experience. I am a 10 year veteran and work in the Special Forces Community. I made purchases in 2018, 2021, and 2023. I am sharing my experience to ease the mind of the frustrated customer and inform any potential customers looking to buy. Summary: This is a reputable company! I still trust and value their products. COVID-19 did a number on us all, and the company experienced unprecedented supply chain issues beyond their control (manufacturers promising deliveries to the company that they ended up missing, putting the company in a bind with customers). I was a customer that suffered with the company as I waited for a while to receive my watch in 2023. Ultimately, the company demonstrated its character and reputation by reconciling with me and regained my trust. The watch was shipped and I had a good chat with a Brathwait team member. My recommendation: 1. Reach out to the company and notify them of your timeline to establish expectation management. Once I told the company the watch was a time sensitive gift they were able to work with me. 2. Be patient. The customer service team is super small. They are doing their very best. Simultaneously, they are looking to improve their response process. I was super frustrated to have to wait for responses and often felt neglected. However, I believe in the company and stuck with it. Eventually, the customer team got to me and made me feel heard and valued. 3. If Brathwait timelines do not meet your goals, it's ok to respectfully ask for a refund. This does not make the company lesser. In fact, I respect it even more if a company is mature and able to do this. Brathwait was that company for me. Purchases in 2018 and 2021 went without a hitch. I bought a watch and then several leather straps to accessorize for various occasions. Below is an account of my 2023 watch purchase: I bought the watch and ended up having to reach out to customer support after a few days to make sure the order was received. They responded within a couple days of me reaching out saying they received the order and were working to fill it. They notified me that it would be a 4-6 week wait due to the above mentioned supply issues. I notified the company that I had 4 weeks to wait, but I would be leaving the country after that and would not be in a position to receive it nor enjoy it. I did not receive a response from the company, so I reached out again to follow up at the 4 week mark. They responded and were sincere in their apology. They revealed that they are working with a new automated response system and it's still catching up. I notified them that I could not wait any longer, and if the company cannot ship the item soon to please refund me the money. A company representative got back to me 2 days later and notified me that they would personally oversee shipment of the product (new batch came in) and even offered a full refund on top of the new watch they were sending. All that's to say; I was frustrated, I felt like I was not heard or engaged, I did not understand the breadth of supply issues beyond the company's control, and i just wanted a watch that I really liked. Ultimately, the company regained my trust and proved to me that they STILL ARE the reputable and excellent company I have loved for the past few years. I have recommended this company to many of my close friends and will continue to do so. I have faith that COVID repercussions will fade, supply chains will snap back, and the company will soon be able to operate at pre-pandemic levels of efficacy.

I am thoroughly impressed with Brathwait's exceptional customer service, high-quality timepieces, and ethical business practices. As a satisfied customer, I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable and stylish watch.
