Seit über drei Jahren benutze ich eigentlich täglich Bosch-(Akku)Werkzeuge im professionellen, rauen Baustellenbetrieb als selbstständiger Zimmermann und Dachdecker- und ich bin total begeistert von der Qualität. Meinen ersten Bosch-Akkuschrauber (GSR 18 VE-2-LI) habe ich 2013 gekauft, mit zwei (damals sensationellen) 4,0 Ah-Akkus. Er musste viel durchmachen und wurde keineswegs geschont und läuft nach knapp zehn Jahren immer noch wie am ersten Tag, bemerkenswerter Weise mit denselben alten Akkus von 2013!!! Mein anderer Akkuschrauber (GSR 18 V-60 FC) von 2020 ist mir zweimal aus über fünf Metern Höhe vom Dach gefallen, das zweite mal auf Pflastersteine und es ist nichts gebrochen oder kaputt gegangen. Seit Beginn meiner Selbstständigkeit 2020 ist mir noch keine Bosch-Maschine kaputt gegangen! Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an Bosch-Professional. Zum Vergleich kann ich von meinem alten Ausbildungsbetrieb berichten, mit rund 25 Mitarbeitern. Wir haben dort Maschinen von M. aus Japan benutzt. Jedes Jahr mussten wir neue Akkuschrauber kaufen, weil sie nach einem Jahr schrott waren (meist hat sich das Getriebe selber gehäckselt, oder ganz oft ist die Umschaltung von Gang 1 zu 2 gebrochen). Die anderen M.-Maschinen wie Handkreissägen, Schlagschrauber usw. waren auch kaum besser (Das grenzt schon an Beschiss am Kunden).

I have used a top of the range Bosch gex 125-150 AVE random orbital sander for years. I have used the repair service 3 times, under warranty and have had faultless service. Last week I registered the need for a repair on the Monday, had it collected FOC on Tuesday and received it back, fully repaired, by the Monday. I think that's incredible service. The 3 year warranty honoured by Bosch is unsurpassed imo. And the tool is excellent too

I have been working in the construction field for the last 20 years and my tool brand of choice has evolved into the Bosch professional 18v brand due to all my Bosch tools exceeding 5 years+ and at the same time Bosch providing an impeccable service when some tools give up whilst under the 3 year warranty, I started with Ryobi , then DeWalt a little bit of hilti but settled with blue Bosch, these tools can take a real hammering, would not consider any other tool manufacturers, I've read alot of negative reviews all or at least the majority are not in the construction trade and maybe own only 1 bosch tool where as I own all the sds sdsmax 200impact drivers recip saws grinders and many others I forget to mention after years of experience I have gathered the following conclusion that blue Bosch is best for me, as an example I still own and use the Bosch sds max I purchased in 2003 it still works brilliantly today, I usually change the brushes my self and never lend them to other people
