I don't understand these negative reviews at all. I ordered one Shaper Bra as a trial and I love it. Unlike the 4 other brands of pull-on bras I had tried, it doesn't smush your breasts together in that unappealing way, and that makes me pretty happy! I ordered 3 more and some tank tops and a camisole. Everything arrived literally in 3 business days. I don't even know how but I appreciate it. The pieces are all soft, extremely comfortable, and solidly made. The packaging is neat and simple - perfect individual boxes inside a sturdy carton. I appreciate the removable labels with the pullable thread and the cute diagram. These touches make a difference to me and show they care about their product and customer - pretty rare these days. If they ever made leggings and loose lounging pants in light grey marl, as well as long boy shorts, around 8", I would stock up on all three immediately. I'm pretty sure these terrible reviews are bogus - sadly not unusual online, but cruel and damaging (which I guess is the point). Disregard them and try these great products!

UPDATE: I have been contacted a day after putting up this review to say I can send it back for the exchange and they have agreed it does not say about the packaging in their policy. Am hopeful to receive the smaller size soon. ... I'm disappointed to have to write this review but it has not been a good experience at all and I had such high hopes for this brand. Spending £50 on a pair of leggings I did a lot of research and was really happy with the product when I received my pair. However, the size descriptions said they were very compressed and felt tight so I went for the XL as that fit my size range. On receiving them and trying them on they kept slipping down so I actually needed the smaller size. I had already thrown away the box because no where, on my receipt, on their website or when you proceed with how to process a refund/exchange does it clearly say that you need to return it in the original packaging. I contacted customer services to say I need to return them for an exchange and they have told me that won't exchange them because they 'cannot sell them without the box'. I have asked why they cannot simply put them into a new box, which I am presuming they have more of, but I have not received a response. I now do not know whether to return them anyway or if this means they will only send back the same size, will I be charged for this. No one has communicated with me and this seems unreasonable seeing as it doesn't state anywhere that what I am trying to do is against their supposedly easy returns policy. I am hoping for someone to contact me to resolve this.
