I empathise with the other reviewers who mentioned issues like IVA, e-bikes, etc, but you should have read the IPID and all the documents given when you purchased the policy. My experience has been really positive. My bike got stolen last week, I reported it during the weekend and provided a crime reference number. Then: - Monday I was told by Bikmo they're processing my claim and have asked me for a few more details. - Tuesday my claim was sent to the underwriters. - Thursday morning I received a cash settlement figure that even covered the lock that the thieves destroyed. I was told that the money will be in my account within 3 days. Update: I received the money Thursday evening! Overall a hassle free experience and I'd definitely use Bikmo again.
