I've been an Emergency Essentials customer for years. There were a few hiccups in this order, I believe due to the chaos of everyone ordering at the same time in the CoVid crisis, but the staff was amazing. It took a while, they are very busy now, but they worked pleasantly with me until everything was straightened out. I will continue to use EE for my prepping needs and recommend anyone else considering them to do the same. You will not be disappointed.

I had a difficult time navigating the website.

I purchased items during this covid 19 and got my items fast. I ended up getting almost 800.00 dollars more items then ordered, I called and asked to have it shipped back. They Was grateful and gave me something extras of things I order for free.

I was informed that delivery time was approximately 4 to 8 weeks due to the ongoing pandemic. Received my order right at four weeks after ordering. I am very happy that I made my order just as the pandemic was getting serious. I also have purchased a good amount of survival foods from this company over the last four years. These long shelf life products are a backup to the packaged and canned foods that I obtained prior to the onset of the pandemic. I have seen first hand what has happened in disaster situations and learned that you cannot put 100 percent faith in the government's ability to help you out. It could takes months.
