Beis Travel – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I am unsure of why the reviews are so negative ... Beis provided great customer service! No issues.

Saw lots of unfavorable reviews somewhere. So I emailed customer service with questions. My experience was more than favorable. I first asked questions online with Ana that were answered immediately. I placed my order on Friday and my purchase was delivered today (Tuesday) with daily delivery update. Very happy with the product and customer service!

I ordered the small carryon in grey based on it's features and weight. I had a small issue when it was quickly delivered and customer service promptly responded and took care of my issue. Shipping was fantastic and I was notified when it was going to be delivered. I ordered the luggage in grey but really wanted the pink, but very happy with my choice! I bought a pink weekender tote from Amazon so I have a little pop of color anyway. Im happy this piece is lighter than a lot of luggage.

I've seen nothing but positive review videos on social media. Trustpilot is for some reason filled with unhappy US customers. Shipping to Europe is SO fast (next day shipping excl. Sunday, arrives within 3 days), quality is great and love the practical design of each bag. example: I ordered on a Saturday night, it was shipped on Monday and arrived Tuesday morning. Only thing I'm annoyed about is that my Honey extension didn't find a coupon :)

Ik ben ontzettend blij met mijn aankoop bij Beis. Ik kocht de Beis beige carry-on suitcase en hij werd erg snel geleverd. Ik heb dus geen problemen ervaren. Wel wil ik mede reizigers waarschuwen om goed te kijken naar de maten, want vandaag werd mijn carry-on koffer geweigerd als handbagage bij RyanAir. Het koffer was te groot en moest toen (tegen betaling) last minute ingecheckt worden in het ruim. Fijn koffer, prachtig design, maar dus de foute maten voor echte carry-on (in ieder geval bij RyanAir). Kijk dis goed naar de maten.
