For what I thought was a slow processing system, I was wrong. I just got an email from a customer service representative who looked into my order more and told me to check my spam folder. If you are waiting for an order to process I would suggest making sure the email did not go to your spam folder as it did for me. This caused me to get upset thinking I wasn’t going to get the money for my textbooks, when in reality I did, I just didn’t see the email as it wasn’t in my normal folder. Customer service always responded within a day of my emails regarding any question I had on processing. If you think your order has not been processed check your spam folder, something I did not do until two weeks later. Thanks Beer Money Books for your help and patience.
