Incredibly poor customer service. I ordered a shirt, with specific writing and specific style. They sent the wrong shirt, and only offered a 10% refund. After I asked them an urged them to consider exchanging the item, or a full refund, they were adamant and said that they were not going to exchange or provide full refund. Then after 10+ email exchanges, they were rescinding their 10% refund offer, and and offered a 10% discount on future purchases. So their customer service was to give me a two dollar refund, then rescind that to give me 10% off a future purchase. Based on their customer service alone, why would I want to make a future purchase? Not to mention that the product is of poor quality, runs small in size, and is not as great as advertised. For these reasons, I will not be making a purchase from this company again, and would strongly urge others to reconsider making a purchase. You will be disappointed, either in quality, product itself, or in customer service, or in my case-all three.

Order was delayed on their end I asked to cancel. They didn't respond quickly then said it was too late it had shipped. Two weeks go by, nothing and the shipping information still doesn't work. Very disappointing and no help to fix it. Do not order.

I ordered a newborn tutu and shirt with the name on it. After 3 weeks it arrived but the glitter used to write name is all over the shirt and the first letter is missing a piece of the letter. I wrote a review on the website but it did not show. Looks like they choose which reviews are published.

I ordered some matching shirts for myself, son and husband. The photo on the website showed the writing would be black for a baby pink shirt, cool i thought... wrong the writing came in white???! White makes it very hard to even see the writing on this colored shirt, so it defeats the purpose :( I contacted customer service and sent photos and their reply was offering me a 10% refund.. so $2!! How about I get the product I ordered??? They also told me if I want to return this item I have to pay the shipping. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE. This was the one and only time I purchased. Oh and items run small for sizing. I'm a very disappointed momma. Order No. :BPP55491
