Every time we have gone into the store they have been very helpful and solved whatever problem we had. They are courteous and friendly and make it a please to shop there.

It was Saturday afternoon (5:20 PM) & my car battery was dead. Thankfully a neighbor helped in getting it running at which time I headed to Batteries Plus on Commerce Dr. Tim was the gentlemen who found that the battery was under warranty, changed to a new one & I was on my way. I want to pass on my thanks & appreciation to Tim for his wonderful customer service, kind deamenor & getting me back on the road. Tim should be acknowledged for his diagnosing a bad battery, verifying with his Manager the appropriate steps in replacing the battery at no charge. I am grateful for the wonderful service Tim provided.

Batteries Plus Bulbs #199 is by far the best store with the best customer service in the U.S.A. I would recommend anyone seeking qualified professional salespeople with impeccable customer service skills to visit Batteries Plus Bulbs #199. I have been visiting this store for years and every time I feel appreciated and welcome by the entire team. I currently live in GA. When my batteries stop working, I wait until I visit VA to take my watches to this store to get my watch batteries replace with their life-time battery policy. And I have about 7 watches listed in their system for life-time battery replacement. It doesn't matter for me; I will drive hours to get my watches service at this location. Not only is their customer service great but the way they take care of your merchandise is commendable. They treat my watches as if it was their own. If I were starting a business, I would hire this incredible staff. They are the blueprint of what customer service is all about. I would like to thank FHAIR and the entire team for all they do. I went in for a truck battery and from talking with associate about the battery I needed to end of installation and payment was only 20 minutes! Wow. You don’t get service like that anymore. This was the store on West Broad St in Richmond Va

Fabulous Staff doing excellent work! The employee was pleasant, kind, respectful and knew his work! He replaced the batteries in my key fob with ease and much grace.
