***Update*** ended up emailing the marketing division. They looked into the no communication issue and i ended up getting the hat. Its a beauty too. Issue resolved. Thanks for the response. Updating the review. **Previous review**No customer service. Products are top notch. I'd consider doing 3rd party buying vs dealing with baffin.com directly. I emailed them 3 times about an order, it's been a month and I've heard nothing. Unacceptable.

These are quality products. What they state about their products are true. I will always purchased for now on. This year I purchased the womans impact and the escalate. What they claim is true. Worth every penny.

Bought these Baffin Boots. Extremely warm until the boot falls apart. The entire bottom of the boot came off

Recently purchased the icebreaker model. I snow plow, and I am in and out of the truck. Very comfortable boot. Kept my feet warm out of the truck, yet my feet didn't overheat when in the truck.
