I buy all my grandkids their winter gear from Babyshop. European designers really have it right with winter clothes for children. I've been buying here for many years and have always had quick, reliable service and products.

Babyshop has some of the best products for kids out there. Some expei,for sure, but the quality was always good. The not so good part is their IT system. They really need to improve how they manage their orders and payments,they are clearly wait behind other sites

My package was returned to the babyshop because of foreign taxes, which i refused to pay. The shop not only refunded me the shipping costs but also covered the $100 taxes (it's half the price of my order) and sent my package back to my address. The best customer service ever! I have been buying from the store for several years and will be more and more!

Excellent service. Eventhough, Babyshop sells luxury items the prices are very good. The company is amazing at providing sales and a plethora of items from different designer brands. I love this company. I always come back.
