Ordered something which apparently wasn't in stock anymore. Waiting for my refund more than a month now.

Sent me a badly damaged wardrobe and aren’t responding to my emails!!

I purchased a baby thermometer kit (Vital Baby Protect Healthcare Kit). It arrived faulty as the thermometer didn't work. I sent it back for a refund via tracked delivery, and despite chasing repeatedly, a refund was never issued.

Great company, lovely people and down to earth approach to customer service! One of the best companies that put customers first !

I personally prefer to go into the Bridgewater location, but I've used their online services and have no complaints. Anytime I've ever had issues, they have been prompt and fair.
