I ordered the BAK Revolver X4s Tonneau Cover costing $1,371.24. Ten days later no change in the status, "We are preparing your order" I called customer service and the rep was a piece of work. He said, "We are not grabbing your money and just holding onto it", and kept over-talking me. I finally had to ask, "Can I talk?". He said, "Yes" and continued to talk over me. I ended up cursing him. I cancelled the order and immediately bought a similar product from RealTruck and they guaranteed me the tonneau cover would arrive in 5 business days. The customer service rep could have salvaged this, but he chose to provoke me instead.

Ordered vent shades at the beginning of August received my vent shades September 22nd with no communication from the company until about September 18th said they had shipped. Tried to do online chat with them and was immediately just cut off and said glad we could help your issue do I want to start another chat. Would not recommend ordering from this company unless you have 2 months to wait on product with no communication.

I ordered a dash cover for my sons new car. The cover arrived on time but did not fit. I requested a refund and they told me I would have to pay return shipping unless I sent pictures showing that it did not fit. I sent the pictures and they told me that I would be charged $25 for return shipping and about $7 for restocking. They want to charge me roughly $32 dollars to take back an item that cost $49 and DID NOT FIT! We purchased from another company and that cover does fit. Auto Accessories Garage truly would not stand behind their promise of guaranteed fit and easy returns. Think twice before you purchase from them.

I ordered a dash mat for my car. Once ordered they replied it would ship out 7 to 10 days later. And nothing happened. I called twice and git two different answers on why it could not ship out as ordered . I was again told they had to email the warehouse and allow up to two business days for a reply. 5 days later and no reply. I sent in a direct question to ask what is going on ? I just git a reply my order should.. the word again is should ship out in ywo more weeks. This is BS operation and will contact my CC company and report it,and get charges reversed . I honestly feel that you need to look at a item somewhere else besides this place. I don't advise anyone to oder from them as there are other companies that you can verify with same or similar products. Very dissatisfied and disappointing experience with this bunch. They said they are owned by napa as that was supposed to make things better. I have friend that's work at napa for 31 years and this morning he said ,don't waste my time as they have too many internal problems and alot of dissatisfied buyers. So with that said. I don't recommend spending your hard earned money with these people.

Ordered Item, and expected to be shipped in 3-5 days, Instead received email that, they can not send product up to 60 days. Asked refund, but refund takes 6-7 business days.
