Aroma360 – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Horrible warranty. Aroma 360 has a monthly plan to replenish your favorite scents. Its $99.00 a month but the diffuser doesn't last - mine made it two weeks over 90 days. I have tried for weeks to get someone to answer the phone and finally read that you have to email. They do not have a live customer service department. I reported that my diffuser was out and they advised me to buy a new one for $149. So they want you to pay $149 every 3 months for a diffuser and $99 a month for the scent. Horrible customer service and horrible warranty.

I had heard good things about Aroma360 but wasn’t familiar with the products. My saleswoman, Suzy, was very knowledgeable and recommended systems for both my home and office. I am very happy with both. Thank you Suzy!!

Im surprised to see such a low score but after I read these comments it looks like alot of these people are wanting out of their contracts they signed. I been with Aroma360 simce the start customer service is getting better over thr years. They also do have a direct line to get in touch with them now so thats cool. I love my vangogh and my minis the best scent is Dream On.

Yes the scent line is pricey, but worth it. They offer constant discounts if you are on budget. Ive had an excellent customer service experience since day one (they’ve shipped me a replacement device and offered new scent recommendations). I would recommend to anyone.

I received my Mini360 today and absolutely love it!! Lovely fragrance, My Way, is diffusing as I type. It’s just perfect! I will be ordering again very soon. Thank you Aroma360!
