Arhaus – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

My experience was very pleasant. The product specialist that helped me select and place my order was wonderful at the International Mall in Tampa. The communication leading up to my delivery was proactive and timely. Then my delivery went smooth as silk. I had a great experience and I love the Kipton sectional that I now have in my home. I saw many negative reviews but mine was great. I would gladly recommend Arhaus to my closest friends and family.

The Arhaus delivery service team is very polite and helpful. They carried four bar stools into our house, each time putting on shoe covers before entering. They also advised us on the specific chair leg protectors for these stools to protect the chairs and our floors. Super helpful.

I purchased several pieces of furniture from Arhaus. I had a problem with the marble table. They replaced 3 times without any problems. Great customer service. I definitely will go back to this store. Theresa

I purchased a table from Arhaus. There was an issue with the table and the customer service team handled the problem quickly and very well. I highly recommend purchasing from Arhaus. I have purchased many furniture pieces from them and they are all well made and beautiful.

Overall, I would say my experience with Arhaus has been positive. The quality and size of furniture has generally been good! The shipping times, yes, are terrible. I typically avoid writing negative reviews, however, I must say that I was disappointed to note that they had cancelled an order that I had placed months ago without notice (No emails). When I called customer service, the representative said that she could see in the notes that I had sent out an email requesting for a cancellation (which I never did). Unfortunately, she took no responsibility/ ownership of the error (Even though I have likely already spent in excess of $25,000 buying furniture from them). She simply suggested that I place the order again (Though the price has now increased significantly)! They may lose a loyal customer here!
