I ordered an outdoor sectional and it was an overall good experience with a few issues they did their best to resolve. One of the armrests was incorrectly labeled and did not go on the proper side. They quickly sent me a replacement, but it was the wrong piece (a problem with inventory labeling in their warehouse). But customer service was very courteous, helpful and tried to resolve the issue. In the end, they offered to refund me for 1/3 of the sectional’s price since customer service had no way to resolve the warehouse issue. It was a more than fair solution. The sectional has been outdoors in four season weather for three years now and has held up very well for the price. The cushions faded a bit from sunlight, so I recovered them with a more durable fabric. Other than that, it is a great set of furniture and I’m very pleased with the brand.

Had no problems. Bought a gazebo for $ 269.00. Found it somewhere else a week later. For $100.00 cheaper. Aosom sent me the difference. That's rare.

Delivery was Much quicker than I ever expected, only a few days. I did not set my patio furniture up right away. I received an email asking how it came together and if I had any issues before I ever started putting it together. I was impressed by that. I did have an issue with set up and my email was responded to within 24 hours. Unfortunately, my parts are not available at this time to be replaced, so they are refunding a good portion of my payment. I am happy with the level of respect shown to me during this experience. Even though I am left to find or fix the parts that are not working correctly, I am content with the way my case was resolved. Great communication from customer service!

Ordered the 5' wheelchair ramp on Monday. Received it on Wednesday. Double strength cardboard with rigid foam packing. Very well built aluminum ramp. Set up in a few minutes. Very pleased. At least 5 stars.
