Anatomie – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I stumbled upon Anatomie.com while searching for comfortable travel clothes, and I couldn't be happier. Their clothing is exceptionally well-made and stylish. I love the company's return policy and they have great customer service.

I like the clothing and new orders ship fast. I don’t love it that there is no one answering the phone when you have an issue. All inquiries must be via email. The company can be slow to process refunds and exchanges, but sending a message about this type of problem does get addressed quite quickly and more importantly the issue is resolved.

Cheap clothing! Tried to return but they do not give money back. Can only exchange for more bad clothes. Way over priced too.

Had a gift card, tried to order something, they emailed me 2 days later to say it was sold out. Ok, tried to reorder something different , would not take my gift card, said it had been used. tried to contact Company, left messages, never heard from them!!! Customer service never answers, and voicemail box is full!!! Very frustrating
