Still scamming people Answered one question wrong in the next to last unit of Module 4 Blocked out and can not get a reply to email or chat. RUN RUN RUN Dont use this site

This testing site is ridiculous. It is setup for you to fail. From the very start you are required to answer 20 security questions. Yes TWENTY!! You are also required to provide voice recognition also. During the testing you are asked one of the security questions. If you get it wrong you are blocked out of further testing and the only way to restart is to pay again!!! While watching the videos for the test, it repeats itself 2 or 3 times. After each section you are given a quiz question. It is a 45 second timed question. You have 3 chances to answer correctly if not….,you’re blocked out. Only to be asked to pay again to restart. Calling customer service for help is useless. After being on hold for a least 1/2 hour, you speak to someone about getting a refund for this bogus course and they hang up!! Don’t waste your time or money on this site. It definitely should be reported to the BBB. It is a very sketchy operation. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Please beware.

I wish I can give 0. Why are you charging for giving the certificate that I already paid for? This is a deceptive and immoral practice. Please arrange to email me the safe driver course certificate that I already completed.

I just completed the course with AMERICAN SAFETY COUNCIL on line and it was GREAT 👍 and the customer service representative she was absolutely wonderful super helpful super professional and kind I'm very grateful to the wonderful caring supportive and passionate lady representatives.. I am not one of their employees putting up a good review. I am very satisfied with these guys..I sat though my course, answered all the questions with no prob. After I passed each one of the sections it gave me the final exam. Passed with 90. It gave me the option to print out my cert. Downloaded the certificate and printed it out. I did not see where it stated they would send my cert to me. But in all I gave them 5, make sure that you had the option to print or download the cert. Good luck to you all, hope you are able to get help.
