I ordered a pair of pants from this company on a final sale. The color in the pictures was clearly black. After i received them I was stunned to see they were gray. I needed black for a particular reason. The pants fit well and were super cute. I emailed the company to explain my dissatisfaction in their color depiction in the pictures. After some time they finally responded and sent me a label to return them because of the confusion. I sent the pants back to find out they deducted 6.00 from my costs for shipping. This was not disclosed to me or I would have kept the pants. I emailed the company about this and they refuse to write me back.
