This was my first time buying from All Saints. I'd seen the Laura Ines dress a few times over the last few months and wondered about buying it; something kept putting me off but I can't recall what now. Then I had a really hard time finding a suitable dress for going to the Royal Albert Hall to see Swan Lake - I tried about 10 dresses via online shopping which is exhausting! In the end I gave in and bought the Ines dress (in 2 different sizes as I had no clue which I'd be in this brand). Then after purchase I read the AS Trustpilot reviews (ha, don't know why I didn't read them first!) and immediately regretted it. I'd obviously be returning at least 1 dress and a number of reviewers indicated returns had been problematic for them. Well, all I can say is I'm really pleased I didn't read the reviews before buying as my purchase and returns experience has been perfect. The dress is beautiful and looks much nicer in real life - I only wish the photos on the website were nicer as that would have probably convinced me to purchase sooner. I'm 5"4, size 8-12 (depending on the store), 34g, and I kept the size 10 which fits like a glove. I used the size guide online and I think I Google searched All Saints sizing before buying too - I found this helpful. I returned the size 12 for free by royal mail on 4th April and have received my refund today (the 8th). Having bought lots of dresses online recently I appreciate the stores offering free returns with a simple returns process and a quick refund - some have taken weeks and follow up contact to get the refund. Thank you All Saints. I'm very happy and will be back

Order GE5415947665NL is already 5 days overdue. No phone customer service. I check tracking and order hasn´t even left their premises. They just don´t answer. Beyond bad. Beyond fake chinese vendor scammers. Update: they ve replied to me one day after the above review and have provided addotional details on the parcel that is still way delayed. Very responsive which is appreciated. AllSaints has granted me with a refund for the item. At the end just four days delay in the shipment yet overall, exceptional customer service. Sorry if I rushed stating the top part of this review.

I bought from Allsaints recently and live in a remote location in southern Spain. I buy frequently from them. This is the first item of 2024 and they seem to have sorted out their delivery service from last year. That being said my item was going to be a day later than expected, due to Allsaints sourcing from the UK. The customer service was great, Ramiz was very polite and was willing to give me a refund for my delivery charge, with no fuss and I got an update on my item. The items from Allsaints are mostly ethically and environmentally sourced and beautifully made.

Been trying to reach customer service for days now; there are no agents on chat though they promise a 2-3 minute wait time (I'e waited for hours in total now). Very disappointing! *EDIT: they did reach out in the end and sort the query quickly.

I’m trying to return an item which I ordered in 2 different sizes. No delivery note arrived in parcel. I’ve sent numerous emails asking your advise on what to do, your reply is a robot email not answering my question. You say you have a live chat available but once again this isn’t the case. Please can you help?! In future I will just purchase from the shop instead of on-line Customer service replied and all sorted so review changed.. but still feel them robot emails aren’t the best in answering your queries
