Good healthcare coverage, and quick payment times when claiming online on the app. No more picky over claims than any other health insurance company. But - very difficult to get hold of on the telephone (many minutes waiting) on an international number to Ireland. When you get through it is usually someone else's problem, and they can't be contacted by telephone. Overall I would recommend them, unless you are someone who needs the reassurance of being able to contact by phone.
