First time customer. Very satisfied with the experience (delivery and quality of products). Delivery takes a few days (across Europe), but carrier (UPS) lets you define the type of delivery (home or holding point).

Absolutely amazing company! I was concerned after reading some of the reviews so i chose the DHL shipping option and it was worth it! I got my delivery within 48 hours! I got my daughter some UGG boots and they are exactly what i wanted! I am definitely a customer for life! Thank you!

Items are great but shipped from outside UK via UPS. UPS are very unreliable, delivered to incorrect address a good distance away from where I live on this occasion and thankfully that person was kind enough to drop it round. Sadly won’t use this site again unless a different courier option is offered.

I did check reviews before ordering. I was a little worried as was being delivered from outside of UK and using UPs and never ordered from Alex and Alexa before but I am glad I looked past the bad reviews and took the gamble to order some beautiful wooden play pieces by STOY that were amazing & at affordable prices. Just built the washing machine and not only was it packed and protected well it is well made and looks perfect, I love that it is a lot bigger than other versions of play washing machines out there and went well with the IKEA play kitchen we own. Also bought some cute cup cakes and the sushi as well as the play iron board. Delivery was quicker than I expected and easy to track, got plenty of update emails letting me know where it was and how long it will be. Very happy and would order from Alex and Alexa again especially the lovely STOY stuff.
