Aer Lingus – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Flew Dublin to Alicante last week. Great service on ground and in the air. Great flight but the luggage fee's are pure theft.

FLIGHT EI044 on 25th April. I want to say the biggest thank you to the amazing air hostesses on Aer Lingus who helped me when I was suffering with severe burns on my face. I was very panicked and upset and they really looked after me. Thank you Ffion and the other lady I can’t remember the name sorry! I work in the travel industry as an agent and I will sing the praises of how amazing your staff are.

I was coming back to Ireland from Geneva on 13th April I had been visiting my daughter son in law and grandkids in France. It was an Early start and was beginning to feel a bit weary when boarding flight. The staff were so welcoming, full of chat and good humour. As we were settling in before take off a staff member called Rachael was chatting to s mom with a baby in front of my row and she could not have been more helpful And supportive to this mom. There was something charming about the way she spoke that made you feel that you will be looked after and nothing was too much bother. All the passengers were looked after so well by all the crew. It reminded me of a conversation I had with my daughter while I visited, about what being Irish felt like. Well Rachael and her colleagues showed the best of us Irish that day. The care and fun and good humour and smile said it all. Well done it was s pleasure to come home with Aer Lingus

Just flown Dublin to Izmir return. Good flights with very obliging staff. Flights expensive but baggage fees are extortionate. Sunexpress is cheaper and include 30kg luggage as standard. BUT, letting you put hand luggage in hold is priceless. I congratulate them on that move.
