I'm going to buck the trend. I wanted some jack parts from Safe Jack but their website said that (due to COVID) expect at least a 3-week delay. 4wd.com listed the items on their website with no mention of 'backordered' etc so I assumed (wrongly) that they had them and placed my order on 7/11. Credit card immediately charged then 2 days later I get an e-mail saying that "The items are currently on order from the manufacturer.". Great - their website wasn't 100% honest. I e-mail'ed them asking what I might expect in terms of delay. Days went by with no reply, which lead me to seek out reviews. Found these review here and wished I'd checked before ordering. HOWEVER, a few days later 4wd.com did respond to my e-mail, and just yesterday - exactly 3 weeks to the date I placed my order - the items arrived. I think the company could be more upfront on their website about what they have in the inventory vs. what they have to order from their suppliers. They could also be more prompt about responding to e-mail inquires. And the 'check order status' page on their website is totaly BS (at least for me). Even though I've now received 100% of my order, their website still says 'Your order is being processed' - LOL

Sorry to see people have had a bad experience , my shopping experience with 4WD.com was amazing , I spent $1600 with them ,ordered wheels ,tires ,lug nuts and a lift kit for my Jeep YJ , the lift came from Tennessee and the tires and wheels came from PA , I ordered 5 wheels from them and they had all of them but one so the order was delayed a few days but they got all my stuff rounded up and shipped to me as fast as they could and comunicated thru email , please check your spam mail ,my first email went to my spam account , I'm very pleased with the communication on their part , the products and the shipping , patients is something everyone needs to have in any situation when ordering a big order like I did , I'll definitely continue shopping with 4wd .com

People give this company a lot of crap but you just have to be Patient if you are getting tires customer service was good shipping was longer than I thought but i got my tires in about 5 weeks
