I recently purchased a ring for my brother from this company. My brother lives in New York and I live in Kent, England. I was initially worried about using an online company but they were amazing. The company has a helpful online chat function and the person who dealt with me ('Semra') could not have been more helpful. She sent a free ring sizer to my brother. She also spoke to him on the telephone as she was concerned that he would need a slightly larger size in light of the design of the ring. The resulting ring and inscription are beautiful and my brother is delighted. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
