Bother Tracking Order Status

Always very happy. Shame it’s closed down.

Fantastic service! Such a shame they’ve gone under. I hope they refund me and other customers for the club membership I bought in May ‘23. I understand that this may have been a ditch attempt to save the business in good faith but they could have presented it that way and maybe come through the hard times. Anyway, it’s sad they’ve stopped trading and I do want my money back.

Bother is invaluable. Having learned that Bother is no more, I am saddened and distraught. I’ve relied on Bother completely and know of no other equivalent substitute. I have appreciated the commitment to the environment, great delivery service, range of products including organic and eco-friendly items, ease of website use.

The alpro oat milk was delivered quickly and was a good buy

Arrived on time but with contents damaged. Bag of popcorn burst, spilled contents and what was left in the bag was soft. Biscuits crushed so badly the packets were half their normal height, etc
