Mow Direct Tracking Order Status

Bought a mower which was very reasonably priced. It arrived quicker than expected and I used it for the first time today and it's superb! Would be very happy buying from this company again!

Overall Service very good, process of ordering and delivery prompt and customer services helpful and polite. Holding back one star as I have not fully tested the mower , our Weather!!

Delighted to receive the mower within a week of purchase

The product is great no problem there. On the site power barrow is advertised in one place as having to order the battery and charger separately and in another place as coming with a small battery. Guess what no battery. The delivery took ages and in spite of telling me the courier would contact me with the time of delivery it just arrived. I wasn’t home and it was fortunate a neighbour was who took the delivery in. Generally I found the staff I spoke to were less than helpful. Not a company I would especially chose to deal with again if I had a choice to buy elsewhere
