Great customer service. There was confusion over my order going to my old address and it was sorted out immediately. Been using the products for some time now and love them, particularly the night briquettes.

Good service, very easy to change delivery address after a phone call, pleasant service. Good updates and very impressed with the warmth from these briquettes in a room with no other heating at the moment

This is my second order therefore it goes to show that I am well pleased with the product. The order arrived in two days, delivered by a very cheerful driver who was an excellent ambassador for your firm. Many thanks for an excellent product, it does exactly what it said on the label.

Rapid delivery, good price and they do exactly what they say they will. A good 6-8 hour overnight burn and good warmth in the house in the morning. A little grubby to handle, a bit like coal in that respect, but otherwise excellent.

I would definitely use this company again. Delivery was quick although there were some items missing. When I contacted them, they were very helpful and sorted it out quickly. I did have to buy some other (quite pricey) wood to tide me over which is the reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5. I think the advertised burn times are a bit of a stretch. I don’t think the night briquettes last for up to 8 hours for example and the fire logs don’t last for 3. However, they do burn more slowly than hardwood and give off a lovely consistent heat. So far, I have been using a couple of hardwood logs, a fire log and a night briquette and this is lasting for a whole evening. This is my first experience of trying briquettes instead of hardwood logs and I am happy with it. I will use again.
