ILIA Beauty Tracking Order Status

Amazing CS. Products are okay. Extremely overpriced though. BUT given they have an amazing refund policy I can't complain. Not many places will allow returns of used products. I respect that. I've used CS a few times and always been impressed.

(Edited to reflect issue rectified) I ordered a face syrum, had a lip syrup delivered instead. Obviously much cheaper than I had paid.. emailed customer service who have not replied to me. I am not out of pocked for a product I didn't want and can not get hold of anyone. Avoid!

Many thanks for resolving the issue with the pencil sharpeners! The eyebrow pencil is great!

I bought an eyebrow pencil: very good. However, I bought 1 pencil sharpener (reduced from £12 to £9). 2 pencil sharpeners arrived! Sadly, they are very poor quality, chewing up the wood casing of my eye pencil! I contacted Customer Service to ask to return...have heard nothing.

Never ordered from the site directly, but I have a lot of Ilia products. Finally, a clean beauty brand that actually cares about good/quality makeup products which are not harmful to the skin. I'd love to see more products, shades and innovations in the future. Good job!
