Recently ordered for my boyfriend’s 21st birthday. Arrived on the expected date. Great quality and great prices. Will be ordering again.

I brought a lovely cake topper for this upcoming baby shower. Unfortunately, it got damaged via post, so I sent them an email and WhatsApp so I could send a photo of the proof..Nothing was to much trouble, sent a replacement straight away, I offered to return the damaged topper, but they said not to worry, and my next topper was straight in the post, It was received the very next day..Well done Ginger Ray for great 5 star service 😁👏

Bought various faux plants and they were all excellent and well priced . Would definitely use them again - also helped me immediately when I sent an email about a query !

We bought a birthday photo frame banner with balloons for our daughter. The frame is made of cardboard and broke after 5 minutes. We had to put additional and strong tape to hold it together. The balloons which are meant to go on the frame were too hard to inflate and we had to use our own balloons. We managed to take one photo of the birthday girl and put the frame to the bin. Really bad product.

I'm giving this company a 5 star rating because iv had a couple of issues with a missing delivery and then a damaged product but I honestly can not fault how helpful and efficient this company have been throughout the while process. I don't like to complain generally and always feel abit uncomfortable doing it but this company put me at ease and understood and acted swiftly yo resolve my issues. More companies should take a leaf out of this companies customer service. Well done and thank you 😊
